Apdex Alliance Supporting Membership

Apdex Alliance Supporting members are individuals who are interested in applying the Apdex methodology within their enterprise and support the goals of the Apdex Alliance. Supporting members enjoy the following benefits.

Special Apdex Material Access to a members-only portion of the Apdex Web site where the following material is available:
  • Early drafts of technical specifications and reports
  • White papers submitted by the Alliance contributor members
  • PowerPoint briefings describing Apdex that can be used for internal company presentations
The Apdex Exchange
All Apdex members (Contributing and Supporting) have access to the Apdex blog. This is a forum for discussing application performance problems and how to apply the Apdex methodology to understanding and fixing the problems. All members can contribute to this moderated blog.

Annual Apdex Members Meeting
Supporting members are invited to attend the annual Apdex meeting which is held in conjunction with a leading industry conference. The annual meeting is an opportunity to exchange information and network among all the members.

Periodic Announcements
Supporting members receive a periodic email (no more than one per month) announcing news and information regarding the Supporting Member services. This is how you learn a little of what is going on in the blog in case you have not one to the blog site recently.

Cost of Supporting Membership
Supporting membership fee is $100 per year (currently waived). The membership fee is charged to a leading credit card and is renewed a year later. The user self-registers on the Apdex Alliance Web site. The member’s account name is their email address. The system supplies an initial account password that is emailed to the members. Members may then manage their account including the password and profile information.

We are currently waving the annual membership fee for charter members. So, at this time, membership is available at no cost to qualified individuals. We will be posting the names of the companies and country from which members are located. We respect member privacy and will not post the name, email address, or any other personal information regarding a member.
